場 - Ba
"Ba" (which roughly means place), is defined as a shared context in which information is shared, created and utilized.

In my bachelor thesis from 2017 I concerned myself with innovation in the so called "DUI"-Mode - The doing, using, interacting mode, which describes an increase in tacit knowledge.
This led me to the development of a measuring method for this kind of innovation. It utilizes the tacit spillover model by Nonaka et al., which is based on the japanese concept of "Ba" (場).
